PROFESSIONAL INSTRUCTIONS: Preliminary Strand Test: Do a strand test prior to every virgin or touch up relaxer. (Do not Pre-Shampoo). Take a small amount of Hawaiian Silky ® Herbal 3-IN-1 Conditioning Relaxer and apply to several strands of hair. If any sign of damage or breakage occurs, do not use product until hair has been conditioned and retested. Leave on not more than 10 minutes and note relaxation of hair. Please check scalp carefully if it has abrasions and/or abnormal conditions postpone relaxer application until conditions gets clear.

STEP 1: Hawaiian Silky® Herbal Pre Cream Application: Wear protective gloves. DO NOT PRE-SHAMPOO. Apply a thin coating of Hawaiian Silky® Herbal Pre Cream to ears, neck and throughout entire scalp to help avoid sensations. Avoid applying Pre Crème onto hair, as this will slow relaxer processing. PROCESSING GUIDE: Use your professional judgment and follow the Time Guide lines to achieve best results.

STEP 2: RELAXER APPLICATION: Virgin: Set timer according to timing guide. Part hair into four sections and apply ample amount of Hawaiian Silky® Herbal 3-IN-1 Conditioning Relaxer to the back sections 1 inch away from the scalp to ends using thin sections and continue onto the two front sections. Continue by spreading relaxer onto hair closest to scalp and begin smoothing with fingers or back of comb where relaxer was first applied until desired straightening is achieved. When processing is complete, rinse hair with warm water. Touch up: Set timer according to timing guide. Part hair into four sections and apply ample amount of Hawaiian Silky® Herbal3-IN-1 Conditioning Relaxer to new growth only starting with two back sections using thin partings. Continue further onto the other two front sections and when application is done, gently smooth hair to achieve desired straightening. When processing is complete, rinse hair thoroughly with warm water.

STEP 3: SHAMPOOING: Apply Hawaiian Silky® Herbal Neutralizing Shampoo and work into a rich lather. Shampoo a second time or until there is no pink color in rinse water or lather. Towel blot and proceed to Conditioning Treatment.

STEP 4: CONDITIONING TREATMENT: Apply ample amount of Reconstructor Conditioner and allow 10 minutes to process (For damaged hair sit under dryer 10 minutes more) and rinse with warm water, towel blot and proceed for desired style with Hawaiian Silky® Herbal styling products.
